Our unique value proposition lies in the smart technology infused in every building that we develop or renovate  and our speed , which essentially improves a tenant’s over all experience and increases their unique valuation.  After a project has gone through our detailed vetting process and we determine it has met all our internal criteria , our agile approach allows us to move quickly and often complete projects under budget , before schedule,  with more precision and less error.

We have 3 ways in which our technology adds value to the buildings we develop

Experienced based smart buildings

Smart buildings that focus and capitalize on the experience of their tenants, customers or occupants. Typically these building help realize additional revenue by creating a custom experience for tenants, occupants and customers that contributes to increase productivity, increase in customer satisfaction or increase in sales revenue .

Energy efficient smart buildings

Smart buildings that focus and capitalize on the decrease in the energy and resources it takes to operate a building. Typically these building realize immediate increase to the bottom line through the decrease in expenses of utilities, maintenance, machine downtime and capital expenditures.

 

Sustainable smart buildings

Smart Buildings that focus and capitalize on the conscious decisions to reduce the Co2 emissions footprint of the building as well as implementing sustainability measures for the building's longevity within a community. Typically, these buildings realize value through community buy in, city tax incentives and reduced energy spending.

Occupants & tenants prefer mixed-use environments, which is often reflected in higher rents versus stand-alone projects. We capitalize on the idea that each submarket feeds the other creating an ecosystem of revenue & neighborhood engagement. Mixing townhomes, condos apartments with retail and office is a gold mine!

SUBURBAN OFFICE

Professional offices where , attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, insurance reps, Tech startups etc. ,that are most immune to economic slowdowns, are shifting their desires to more amenity rich office buildings that home in on increasing productivity. Our focus is on producing these locations in which they can avoid the high traffic and increased rents in the urban areas and shift them to a suburban space that gives accommodates their needs and demands.

Overall, research indicates that visitation spurs economic stimulation and increase revenue for cities. Hotels with luxury amenities, large conference centers and condos achieve higher occupancies, higher room rates, and higher room revenues. The advantages to the investor & developer are great.
